Discovery recently decided to merge with WarnerMedia, a company that owns Warner Bros. and recently was bought by AT&T. AT&T plans on selling WarnerMedia once the merger has been finalized. Also one of the ads here features former NY governor George Pataki, who served 3 terms like the Cuomo's did.
