Hey guys! For today's video, I tried making a traditional Indonesian food (Bugis Makassar) which is "Sanggara Peppe or Pisang Peppe" in english term Fried Unripe Banana with sambal tomato. You may see that I only put a few red Thai chili peppers in my sambal tomato, it is because I can't tolerate if it is too spicy.
By the way, this is my first time to make Pisang Peppe and I just follow the recipe of my Indonesian friend. I made this because I suddenly missed my Indonesian friends in Sime Darby Plantation Sentosa Estate. I had a great experienced working with them because they introduced some of the delicious Indonesian foods and their cultures & traditions to me.
