So my results are finally in after 8 weeks of supplementing with Tongkat ali. This video covers the pros and cons from my experience, thoughts overall, plans moving forward and just general updates.
I'm not affiliated with any provider of Tongkat Ali, the brand I use is by "British Supplements", though there are many brands out there and in fact, the one I use is potentially dosed a bit too high. So be sure to check everything if considering trying it yourself.
There are definitely other things to consider here too, hence why I've requested better bloodwork from my GP to cover more health markers and to establish whether supplementing is worth it moving forward.
