Actress Megan Fox made a stunning appearance at the GQ Men of the Year event in Los Angeles on Thursday, accompanied by her boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly. While the couple arrived at Bar Marmont together, Fox reportedly chose to stay in the car while MGK enjoyed the party for less than an hour before they headed back home.

Despite not attending the event, Fox's team shared her glamorous look for the evening on Instagram. Her makeup artist, Jenna Kristina, posted a carousel of images and a video showcasing Fox in a sexy all-black ensemble that highlighted her growing pregnancy. The lace gown revealed her matching black bra and thong, with cutouts along her torso. She completed the look with a black lace veil, fluffy black boots, and a glowing makeup palette.

The actress announced her pregnancy on November 11 by deleting all her previous Instagram posts and sharing a photo of herself covered in black paint while cradling her belly, along with a shot of her positive pregnancy test. In the caption, she wrote, "nothing is ever really lost. welcome back."

This pregnancy announcement comes after Fox and MGK faced a miscarriage last year, a topic she has been open about. In a 2023 interview with Good Morning America, Fox shared the challenges they went through during that time.

The couple currently shares three children with Fox's ex-husband Brian Austin Green - Noah, Bodhi, and Journey. MGK also has a daughter named Casie. Fox's pregnancy news has been met with excitement from fans, who are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the couple's new addition.
