✓polished sorghum ( kandaleli jowar )-
soak clean and dry sorghum for 2-3 min
drain out water completely. Spread it on clean and dry cotton cloth and let it dry .
Remove husk ( outer covering of sorghum ) by using mortar and pastel ( khalabatta ) it can also be removed by using mixture for that churn sorghum 1 min 2-3 times.
Wash away husk to get polished sorghum . Nowadays, it can be polished in flour Mills.
polished sorghum is used in different Khandeshi recipies.
