NTF vs COVID-19 Special Adviser Dr. Ted Herbosa says Metro Manila may further ease to Alert Level 2 after two weeks if infections continue to slow down. The capital region will be under Alert Level 3 starting Oct. 16 until the end of the month. However, some healthcare workers are still apprehensive over the eased restrictions in NCR.
