Cerberus's Counter Rockets summon bestows Double and Triple statuses to the player party, allowing them to use multiple Magic spells per turn.

Cerberus is recruited as a GF after defeating as a boss in the Galbadia Garden lobby (where the Haste draw point is) during the Battle of the Gardens. If the player misses fighting Cerberus, it can be drawn from Gargantua in the final dungeon.
