I started investing in 2003 after leaving university and deciding to take care of my financial future. With over 20 years of experience in investing of different sorts; Stock/Shares, Real Estate, Alternative investments…all with various pros & cons, the journey on this channel will reveal all the truths, myths and guidance to help you to make better choices for your financial future.
As I grew up as a saver, saving money for me was more natural but I understood that many people found this concept rather difficult. Understanding key concepts of budgetting, cashflow, taxes and goals has been fundamental in my drive towards freedom. All these topics and more will be discussed in our video series.
My inspiration to create financial security was what I saw separated those in the know vs those in the Rat Race. Having this drive to escape the Rat Race, making early steady steps, have allowed the compounding effect over the long-term to enable me to have more choices, flexibility and freedom.
I started out my investing journey via my retail bank and later finding investment brokerages. Slowly revealing that neither gave particularly good results and seem eye wateringly expensive.
Having spent my 20’s and 30’s navigating and learning the highs and lows of investing I want to pass on my experience and help you towards financial freedom too.
We are very fortunate now in the 2020’s that Fintechs have opened up the accessibility of great investment options, both making it easy to access and take control of your finances and goals.
