It took a while, but I finally started playing as Chroma again.
I'm satisfied with the build I have now. It plays as Saryn but for Toxin you still have to use the Necramech. It's only 2.5 seconds behind on my current Saryn PB.

I replaced Vex Armor with Eclipse because Eclipse gives instant access to the damage buff and I have no need for any of the other helminth abilities.
The downside of using Eclipse over Vex Armor is that you lose access to a ton of tankiness.
To get this tankiness back, I'm using Elemental Ward with cold as the element, to give me enough armor to survive. To manage the energy requirements for the two abilities, I installed Streamline.
