This is Bubble Bread, tiny little fluffs of bread that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients (Bread)
- Milk 240 ml
- Sugar 40g
- Yeast 6g
- Bread Flour 320g
- Salt 5g
- Softened Butter 55 gms
Ingredients (Garlic Butter)
- Butter 40g
- Minced Garlic 1.5 tsp
- Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
- Smoked Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Recipe (Bread)
- Mix Sugar, Milk & Yeast until the sugar is completely dissolved, wait to make sure yeast is alive
- Add Bread Flour & Salt
- Knead until combined and not tacky
- Add Butter and knead for 10 Minutes (Machine) or 15 Minutes (Hand)
- Place in a greased bowl and rest until double in size (45 Minutes - 1 Hour)
- Lay and roll flat on a mat
- Cut into small pieces (size of a large coin)
- Roll each cut into a ball, pinch the ends
- Place all in a parchment lined Baking Sheet, giving slight space between each ball (place randomly, the more uneven the better it looks)
- Let rest and proof for 15 min
- Milk Wash the balls
- Bake for ~15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C
- Brush with butter right after taking it out of oven
- Enjoy
Recipe (Garlic Butter)
- Melt Butter in a small pan
- Add Minced Garlic and let it fry for 30 seconds
- Add Spices and take it out immediately (spices burn easily)
- Enjoy as a dipping sauce
