In this video, I opened up a World War 2 era K-Ration used by the United States Military. This version happens to be a reproduction and is the lunch, or supper edition. This is an exact representation of how the food was supposed to be consumed and enjoyed in war and during field exercises. There is a lot of history in just seeing these boxes in good condition and I think the reproduction maker did an excellent job. Although some of the food was expired, I still opened everything to give you a good look at the contents. They even have lucky strike cigarettes! I have a breakfast K-ration video already out and a dinner one on the way so stay tuned for that!
