SEC401 is THE information security course that builds a successful foundation of knowledge and expertise for ANYONE in the information security field. The goal of SEC401 is to enable each information security professional to be the most capable, well-versed, and well-trained as possible, all in an effort to stand strong in the face of the modern adversary. Perhaps the largest misunderstanding of SEC401 is that it is only for those who are completely new to the field of information security. SEC401 is architected for technologists, managers, newly minted security professionals, and those with years of experience alike. It isn't uncommon for an attendee (with years of experience) to walk away from SEC401 with comments such as, "Wow, I didn't realize the gaps I had in my information security knowledge". As information security is an always continually evolving field, SEC401 is continually updated to evolve alike. This summer SEC401 received a substantial update; one of the largest updates over the past few years. In this presentation, we will cover the details of all the exciting changes that have been released, as well as the exciting changes that are in the development pipeline.
