Dr. Jordan Rogers continues preaching through The Book of Romans in this sermon on Romans 15:8-13 entitled, "Why Jesus Became a Servant."
Low or no joy is the result of little or no faith.
The same relationship is true of peace and faith. You see, when we are believing in God’s great promises, we will have fullness of both joy and peace.
You can (and should) believe wholeheartedly that God is trustworthy and true. He has proven His trustworthiness without fail, ultimately sending His own Son Jesus into the world as a servant to accomplish His work to show mercy not only to the Jewish people but also to people of all nations. Jesus became a servant so that the Word of God would be proven true, and also to secure the worship of the nations toward God.
The following is a sermon from Romans 15:8-13 and below you will find the video recording and a sermon outline to help you follow along as you watch. I hope this study tool helps you grow in your love for the Lord Jesus and in your obedience to Him.
