This is the last assignment in the SUPERFINAL of the World Chocolate Masters for the 10 best chocolate chefs in the world. Today, at the last and final day of the World Chocolate Masters WORLD FINAL, the 10 remaining superfinalists received their last assignment from the jury. We’re catching up on how they’re doing on their #DESIGN.
Each super finalist receives a base on which they need to build a design totally in chocolate, not exceeding 5 kg of chocolate. It must look awesome, incorporate new techniques and be delicate, elegant and jaw-dropping in looks.
