The UAE Pavilion of the Opportunity District of the Expo 2020 Dubai was designed to embody the Main Theme of Expo 2020 "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future" and serve as a symbol of the UAE's Pioneering Spirit.
The UAE Pavilion’s design features 28 moveable wings and the entire establishment was created to meet LEED Platinum sustainable building standards.
From its ancient roots as a crossroads for people, goods and ideas, to its transformation into a unified nation, see the uniqueness of the UAE as a welcoming home to people from over 200 countries.

The United Arab Emirates or the Emirates, is a country in Western Asia located at the eastern end of the Arabian Peninsula. It borders Oman and Saudi Arabia, and has maritime borders in the Persian Gulf with Qatar and Iran.
The UAE's rich history is rooted in trade and tied to Islam, which came to the region in AD 630. The Emirates' location between Europe and the Far East attracted merchants from India and China and was prized by Europeans, particularly the Portuguese, Dutch and British.
The United Arab Emirates (the UAE or the Emirates) is a country in the eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula located on the southeastern coast of the Persian Gulf and the northwestern coast of the Gulf of Oman. The UAE consists of seven emirates and was founded on 2 December 1971 as a federation. Six of the seven emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah) combined on that date. The seventh, Ras al Khaimah, joined the federation on 10 February 1972. The seven sheikdoms were formerly known as the Trucial States, in reference to the treaty relations established with the British in the 19th Century.
Today, the UAE is a modern, oil exporting country with a highly diversified economy, with Dubai in particular developing into a global city and a hub for tourism, retail, and finance, home to the world's tallest building, and largest man-made seaport.
Expo 2020 is a World Expo, currently hosted by Dubai in the United Arab Emirates from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022. It houses 192 country participants - each one brimming with new experiences. It is definitely a time to create, collaborate and innovate! ❤️
