"Gheymeh Nesar" is a traditional Iranian dish made with ingredients such as minced veal, onions, walnuts, pistachios, sweetened orange peel, barberries, saffron, and spices like rose powder, cinnamon powder, and cardamom powder. To prepare this dish, start by finely chopping the onions and frying them in a bit of oil until they change color. Then, add the minced veal to the onions and sauté it until the meat changes color.
Next, add the following ingredients to the mixture:

- Turmeric
Then, add three cups of boiling water to the mixture and simmer it over low heat for two to three hours until the meat is tender and the dish comes together.
In the last half-hour of cooking, add barberries that have been soaked and washed, along with butter, almonds, pistachios, sweetened orange peel, sugar, and the spices mentioned above, along with brewed saffron.
