What does Giorgio have to do with a pilsner? That is a very good question...
In my quest to discover new microbrews, I came across this new one from Les Grands Bois. Calling itself an Italo-Disco pils, this unfiltered blond beer has a slightly hoppy taste that kinda makes it a pilsner/IPA hybrid. Great beverage, but sure doesn't make me want to hit the dance floor...
