The Parvaz park is one of the sights of Tehran on the hills of the northwestern heights of Tehran and in the telecommunication town of Saadat Abad district (District 2, District 9 of Tehran Municipality) and from the east to Payam Boulevard, from the north to Shaghayegh Boulevard, from the south to Pasargad Town It is limited to Kayhan town from the west. This park is a suitable place to see the view of the capital and the Alborz mountains due to its height difference with the city.
