Volunteers in the Volunteer Guardian Program through the Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging make medical and quality of life decisions for people who have lost the ability to make major life decisions and do not have family or friends to help. The Volunteer Guardian Program recruits, screens, and trains volunteers to be court appointed "Guardians of the Person."
