Can a 45 minute procedure give you 45 years of pain reduction?! 😅
This is a great surgery for disc herniations that I was NOT able to get better with the non operative specialists I work with for spine disease.

First I’d try oral steroids and a short course of muscle relaxers. Then epidural injections with a specialists. If the additional physical therapy doesn’t help- then we should talk out-patient surgery!
