This is my son's Cormac Cement Mixer that we recently refurbished with new bearings in the Spindle and Pinion.
We also repaired the Foot and Tow Bar as well as made adjustments to the Crown Gear and Pinion and added a new Pinion Gear as well, which was badly worn due to misalignment.
We replaced the Wheel Bearings and Axle, as well as gave it a new Paint Job.
Although Lombardini Diesel engines were optional on these machines, this particular engine was removed from a different Mixer project that we are currently working on.
We were told that it was a running engine when we bought it, and we were pleasantly surprised when it fired on the first pull after we replaced the Fuel Filter, Fuel Lines, Air Filter and Oil.
Not having any real experience with Lombardini Diesels prior to this, I must say that I am quite impressed with the quality and how well it runs.
This is the first of our Mixers that we are building specifically as Rental Units.
