Guys did you noticed in Saving Private Ryan (1998) during Omaha Beach assault when a Medic gets Shot in his canteen if you look closely Water first starts to pour out then blood and when other medics trying to wounded soldiers, at that time we see that Medic shoving a bandage into his pants to treated his own wound.
