Bolt in hydraulic hand brake development in my '24 Tesla Model 3 is particularly challenging because there’s no tranny tunnel where we normally amount our base structure handle and master cylinder. To handle this unique situation where we could only mount to the FRP center console we used 3D scanning CAD modeling laser cut and press brake bent steel plate with welded hardware.
