This video is about Famous traditional sweet dish called Paal Kozhukattai or Tengai paal kozhukattai.Kozhukattai means steamed or cooked rice dumpling.This rice dumpling cooked in a coconut milk ,sweetened with jaggery ,flavoured with cardamom.This can be prepared on a festival day,other good occasions and also offer to the god during pooja.
Ingredients
Idiyappam Flour - 1 cup
Salt
Coconut milk ( 1st Extract ) - 1 1/4 cup
Coconut milk ( 2nd Extract ) - 3 cups
Jaggery - 1 3/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 1/4 tsp
