Ingredients:
- 3 Chicken breasts, cooked
- 1/3 Cup Carrots, chopped
- 1/3 Cup Celery, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Red onions, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Plain, lowfat Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Curry powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
Directions:
1. Shred chicken.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken and produce.
3. In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and spices.
4. Combine sauce mixture with chicken, enjoy with crackers, on a salad, or sandwich.
