Ingredients for Tonjiru:
Sliced Pork Belly 100g
Burdock Root: 1/2 the root
Daikon Radish: 1/3 - 1/2
Small Potatoes: 2
Carrot: 1/2 - 1
Onion OR Leek: Half
Shiitake Mushrooms: 2-3
Water: 500ml
Instant Dashi Powder (Read the instructions)
Tofu: 1 Small Pack
Miso Paste: 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil: 1 tbsp
