These are our new Airless Basketball 3D models! We have been on a mission to create a 3D-printed basketball that is as close to the Wilson airless basketball (or even a real basketball) as we can get. After trying many of the available basketball models online, we could only find models that offered great bounce or great durability, but never quite both. We designed separate models to print with Flex PLA or PEBA filament, which have had the best bounce/durability results that we have tested. This is to keep the basketballs within the official NBA diameter of around 240 mm and NBA official weight of around 625 grams.
The PEBA filament has the best bounce by far, but it is more expensive. we are releasing these models to the public for free for PERSONAL USE ONLY. These designs (like all Make It Lab designs) are under copyright. Which means, upon downloading, you do NOT have the right to sell commercially. The Digital files are never to be re-sold, shared, or given away! If you would like to legally sell them commercially, please subscribe to the commercial tier in the Make It Lab Patreon here: [ Ссылка ].
We will be focusing on more flexible filament in the near future, so be sure to subscribe to the channel so you don’t miss out on any future videos!
