Here's how to multiply an entire column by a number in Excel in 3 easy steps:

1. Have the number you want to multiple column with in one cell
2. Copy that cell, select the entire column and paste as special
3. Select "Multiply" under Operations in the Paste Special dialog box

Voila you have multiplied all values in the columns or rows by a same value.
