I use this secret world in a speedrun here:

If you are in a room and the next room won't load or something goofy is happening (like missing parts in the room), make sure you transitioned the map to your current room. Seriously, it can really screw you up if you don't transition the map.
Do the ghetto jump (at the beginning) the way I do it. Pulling back and then going forward helps a lot, but you still need to get some extra height on the first jump using a ghetto jump on the slanted surface. Timing the first jump as you move forward is key.
This is the easiest way to do this that I know of. This still isn't easy. You'll need to get accustomed to wallcrawling (going out-of-bounds or into a Secret World) before it will be.
Everything in this video should work in all versions of the game, but getting Space Jump Early might be more challenging depending on the version.
Wallcrawling Terminology:
Aether:
This is region outside of the box-shaped space that is considered the room. In the Aether, you cannot jump, but you will maintain your height and float upwards very, very slowly. Morphing while in the Aether will cause you to fall normally.
Aether Jumping:
Using the Aether to maintain the height from a jump in order to climb a room. If you find a corner of the box-shaped space that is considered the room, you can move back and forth over the space so that you only exit the Aether for a fraction of a second. Jumping while in the room, and then moving back out of it (into the Aether) will let you climb up. This is demonstrated in the video. If you time the jump incorrectly, you'll fall very briefly, but since you're at the corner of the room you won't lose very much height.
Wrong-Room Unmorph:
A method of escaping a secret world which is not shown in this video. Sometimes is it possible to move to a loaded room without transitioning the map to it (i.e. the game thinks you're in a different room). If you morph and fall to the ceiling of the physical room, sometimes you will actually fall through it as you unmorph and return in-bounds.
Door Warping:
Sometimes it is possible to shoot a door from outside of the room (while inside the Aether) and have a new room load around you. This allows you to exit a secret world and is one of only a few ways to do so. It is important to touch the door after a door warp to prevent the room from unloading again.
Loading Trigger:
Very often the easiest way to load the next room is touch the loading trigger, which is typically part of one of the walls of the current room. However, a room may be loaded and still be invisible. In this case, you have to transition the map to the new room to make it appear; typically merely touching one of the walls of the new room will suffice.
