Hi I'm Sara, an Occupational Therapist with a background in Music Therapy. I currently work in home health and specialize in adult and geriatric rehabilitation. I was inspired to create this program after seeing many patients in assisted living communities, nursing homes and board and cares doing the same, monotonous exercise routines everyday. I wanted to create something fun yet effective utilizing the research based exercises I use with my patients to improve function.
