In order to finish this side quest involving Clive and his favorite fugitive, you have to get to the end of Suikoden II in under 20 hours. Not a whole lot of people did this, it sounds like, but I think it's worth seeing.
In this bunch of scenes, we see Riou's first encounter with Elza, the recruitment of Clive, and... a seemingly endless stream of very stupid NPCs (and translation inaccuracies) as he tries to catch up with her. When he finally does... something happens that he wasn't expecting.
