e squadron is from different parts of british navy and air force and british army. uncammo meaning they are not identifiable as combat/uniformed.
there are teams identified by color.
e squadron started in 2005. name developed fully in 2007.
what is e squadron equivalent in u.s.?
e squadron is like "delta force" which is a military unit that uses "delta" in its name. delta force is part of special forces (army).
marines part of navy. formerly, us marines were part of navy, but are now separate branch and not dept of navy.
royal marines -are- part of royal navy. interesting... royal navy, royal marines, royal air force... army is not royal army. it's british army.
what about australia? let's not talk too much in detail about that.
