Micro-current is fast becoming one of the most popular at-home anti-aging facial treatments, and with 2020 definitely “the year of the at-home facial”, I thought I’d give it a try.
Micro-current has been used in high-end beauty salons since the 1980s, and in 2005, the personal-use NuFace device was invented.
Microcurrent is like a work-out for your face, gently stimulating the muscles to tighten and tone, and increases collagen production.
In this video I review the NuFace Trinity version of the device; how it works; how to use it; and my verdict on whether or not it is worth the money or the hype.
If you want to try it for yourself, the Trinity comes with extra attachments. However, there is a cheaper “Mini” version that is just as powerful as the Trinity, but with only one style of head attachment.
