Season to taste

cod (tilapia, whiting, flounder, snapper, catfish, etc.)
salt
black pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
CWT all-purpose seasoning
Old Bay
Sazon Tropical

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
Or use
seasoned fish fry flour (favorite brand and season accordingly)
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) for the best results.
