A second woman in less than a week is coming forward to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault.Joan Tarshis says it happened 45 years ago when she was 19.She accuses Cosby of drugging and assaulting her when they worked together.Tarshis says she decided to speak up now to support the other women who have made similar accusations against the comedian.Last weekend, former actress, Barbara Bowman wrote in the Washington post that Cosby had sexually assaulted her years ago.
