Pulisadham / Tamarind Rice | Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
This is a traditional soulful dish that usually takes us back to our childhood days.... it’s the ultimate comfort food.
Ingredients:
Olive oil or Sesame oil
1tsp of Mustard Seeds
1tsp of Cumin / Jeera Seeds
0.25tsp of Methi seeds / Fenugreek
4 - 5 Dried Red chillies
Curry Leaves
1 Diced Onion
1tsp of Roasted Coriander / Dhania powder
1tsp of Turmeric
2.5tsp of Crushed Garlic
Cracked Black Peppercorn
1 Diced Tomato
1 Levelled tsp of Sugar
1tbs of Tamarind
250ml of Boiling water
Salt
Garnish with Coriander / Dhania / Cilantro
