In my first video ([ Ссылка ]), I identified the issue as a bad vacuum actuated muffler baffle. This baffle makes the car quieter on warm up and when stopped at the stop light. For some reason, my car's muffler baffle started rattling as it closes as seen in the first video. First I tried oiling the baffle, which helped a little, but proved only a temporary fix. Then I read a post about how you could just disconnect the vacuum line actuator which is located in the rear, driver side tail light compartment. As I show in my video, simply disconnect the plug. No error message comes up on your dash but as you can seen in the video, the baffle is no longer actuated and thus the rattle is permanently fixed. If you want to reverse the fix, just reconnect the plug and the rattle returns. This was for a 2008 BMW X3 E83.
