A quick highway-speed line-up between a Mk1 Scirocco (PL 1.8-liter 16V with assorted goodies) and a Mk3 Golf 4-door with an '95 Canadian Corrado VR6 (AAA, Neuspeed P-Flo/Stainless exhaust).

The race was supposed to start in 4th gear, but the Scirocco cheated, so you hear me downshift into 3rd and laugh.

I mean, um, into second gear. SECOND. No speeding necessary! No sirree Bob. In fact, this was filmed on a private track. No, a German Autobahn with no speed limit. Professional drivers, closed course, don't try this at home, I didn't do it, the check is in the mail.
