Today I will be discussing why you shouldn't buy any FREEHOLD land without a title or at least a REGISTERED survey in IBEJU-LEKKI. The reason why people go for Freehold land without a title is because those lands appears to be very cheap.

But IBEJU-LEKKI has gone past the stage where you buy a FREEHOLD land without a title or at least a REGISTERED survey. IBEJU-LEKKI has been declared urban.

It is still possible to buy land that is TITLED FREEHOLD in EPE without a title because epe has not been declared urban.
