This is the 10th Annual Fly A Kite Fest held by Family & Child Care Resources of Northeast Wisconsin. [ Ссылка ] Winds were in and out until the last hour or so. This year we found plenty of space at Nicolet Airport in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
