What’s going on guys! In today’s video, I am going to talk about the biggest mistake when it comes to the hip thrust! This is a great exercise for building your glute muscles and when it is not done properly it can cause you to hurt your lower back and kill the gains you are looking for.
I'll be using a barbell and a bench in this demonstration and the main focus will be on your pelvis! Many people will go into this movement focusing on the arch in their back when the biggest mistake they can actually make is not tucking in their hips.
