Psoas strength
Add some Psoas Strengthening to all the psoas stretching you’ve been doing:
- Feel the psoas muscles contract (deep to the abdominals)
- Start with knees bent to get a feel for the movement.
- Be creative and develop a relationship with your psoas.
- Use a Resistance Band to increase the strength and stability.
- The standing band drill develops the sense of power when walking or running. I do this one every morning out of bed…
