For the second consecutive year, AMC has been named the Great place to work in Korea.
This announcement came from the 2013 Korea Great Workplace Index, a survey of over fifty-three hundred (5300) industry peers and human resources professionals produced by Korea Management Association Consulting.
With its long term strategies of being a hospital where every member feels a sense of pride and joy, AMC was given high scores for its continuous efforts to create a positive work environment.
At AMC, a special dept has been created for making a workplace where all workers can feel pride and happiness about their jobs. And also making sure that members' opinions are heard through programs like the "Voice of Employees" and an open-door policy in the president's office.
In addition, a new program gives the opportunity to hospital's executive officers to serving the customer themselves. After listening to difficulties the staff encountered in, they will seek to reflect the suggestions and insights they gain into hospital policy.
