Despite being amazing real estate search engines (Zillow and Redfin) both are located in Seattle, and have certain figures that figure out how the real estate world moves, which is why if you're located elsewhere, like me, it's recommended that you go to a local agent who as a resident really knows the current market, demand, pricing, what's wanted and what's not. ⚠
Don't limit yourself to these search engines.
Go to the locals, otherwise who else would tell you something like the hottest market right now is Boston Metro? You got me? Now we're talking 😎
