Air Fried Frozen Vegetable Springs Rolls are the perfect #gameday food. It is super easy and guilt free as we are not deep frying this in the oil. You may think this is not going to be crunchy but I can assure you it is. Once you tried preparing egg rolls this way, you will never go back to deep frying.
Trivia: Do you know that spring rolls is important food during Chinese New year as it symbolizes Wealth. Spring rolls (春卷 Chūnjuǎn /chwnn- jwen/) get their name because they are traditionally eaten during the Spring Festival.
I bought this Frozen Vegetable Springs rolls with Edamame from #costco. This by far is the best brand, the wrapper is not thick and when you cook it comes out crispy. You can also make your own spring rolls. If you air fryer it, I suggest keeping in the freeze over night it makes a big difference when air frying them.
