1 avocado
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Kalamata olives
2 dates
1 clove garlic or sub 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dried Oregano
1/2 tsp salt OR TO YOUR TASTE
Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding a little water as needed.
