So I have the cchance to grow a Masdevallia orchid again and I hope this time I do it right. Not starting with the healthiest one, but it doesn't mean she will not do ok. Trying out the inorganic method now!

I am thinking to try a mix between seramis and synthic, as masdis have pretty fine roots. I will also use a layer of synthic on top. just like I would with sphagnum moss.
These orchids like to be constantly damp and humid, so a clay pot will help with that and keep temperatures low. This orchid will also stay in the cool mini greenhouse, so let's see how she does.
The second masdi I am trying to rehabilitate in synthic, I really doubt she will survive since everything is dry, but roots are ok and maybe there is something still alive.
