Here is a walkthrough of my craft room design makeover detailing the small space DIY organizing solutions after decluttering in 2024. I needed to make my space functional, stick to a budget, and keep overwhelm at bay and these ideas greatly improved my setup. I have utilized a lot of storage ideas and crafty hacks in this setup that you can easily find from thrifting or from the dollar tree section at Target or Ikea. I love crafting in this space. It also shows how to turn a corner of a guest bedroom or small space such as a studio or tiny house into an arts and craft room area cheaply and easily. You can easily get furniture, file cabinets, and desks on Craigslist or FB Marketplace. This space would be perfect for the crafty girl or guy who does jewelry making, paper-crafting, scrapbooking, planner supplies, painting, drawing, art, sewing and other hobby ideas.
