A gentle 20min mindful movement practise flowing through some gentle yoga stretches and movements for endometriosis. Slow mindful movement, deep breaths and lots of restorative poses to help anyone who may be suffering with endometriosis pain caused by cysts or fibroids. I would recommend closing your eyes for this one and focusing on how these movements feel within your body today.
