DONALD Trump has said that Twitter has "targeted him" and allowed "propaganda from China and radical Democrats."
The tirade comes a day after the president signed an executive order he said was to protect conservative speech on social media.
On Friday morning, Trump tweeted: "Twitter is doing nothing about all of the lies & propaganda being put out by China or the Radical Left Democrat Party.
"They have targeted Republicans, Conservatives & the President of the United States. Section 230 should be revoked by Congress. Until then, it will be regulated!"
Just one hour later, the president wrote: "“Regulate Twitter if they are going to start regulating free speech.” @JudgeJeanine @foxandfriends Well, as they have just proven conclusively, that’s what they are doing. Repeal Section 230!!!"
Dan Scavino Jr, the White House Director of Social Media, backed Trump in a tweet: "Twitter is targeting the President of the United States 24/7, while turning their heads to protest organizers who are planning, plotting, and communicating their next moves daily on this very platform.
